Rubber Parking Lot & Driveway Caulk
The breakthrough Hyperflex® formula contains recycled rubber and glass that create an extremely waterproof and incredibly durable seal. The Hyperflex Parking Lot & Driveway Caulk is a highly durable rubber caulk that is water-based, non-toxic, and non-carcinogenic.

SURFACE PREPARATION
Surface must be clean, dry and free of any foreign matter. It is highly recommended to use a power washer with de-greaser to remove loose asphalt and oil from the surface. A wash with tri-sodium phosphate solution followed by rinsing with water is recommended. Surface must be dry before proceeding.

MATERIAL PREPARATION
Thin up to 15% as needed with water.

APPLICATION
Hyperflex Caulk may be applied with traditional asphalt filling tools such as a trowel or caulk gun. Mix thoroughly.  

COVERAGE & DRY TIME
Coverage varies depending on surface and porosity. Cracks and holes deeper than .25 inches should be applied in layers allowing 2-4 hours between layers. Dries to touch in 4-6 hour, drivable in approximately 24 hours. Cures in approximately 24 hours. For best results, coat the entire surface with Hyperflex Parking Lot & Driveway Coating 2-4 hours after all cracks and holes have been filled.

CLEAN-UP
Clean-up equipment, tools and spills promptly with warm, soapy water.

NOTICE!
Do not apply if surface or air temperature is below 50 degrees, or if rain is expected before dry time. Damp or humid conditions will slow dry time. KEEP FROM FREEZING.
